Make a list of your tasks, then prioritize them. Set a goal to get at least the top priority tasks done. Catch yourself if you get off track and get back to it. Be aware of your personal avoidance tactics such as waisting time on things like surfing the internet, playing video/internet games, watching TV etc. Pat yourself on the back and give yourself a big smile each time you accomplish one of your tasks. Keep moving forward to being your best self.
